Now, we are taking a significant step forward by embracing Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic (PCR) in our future product line, a strategic move reflecting our dedication to sustainability. However, this decision was not without challenges; it involved rigorous testing and validation.
One of the most critical challenges was ensuring the strength of our chairs. Chairs made from PCR plastic must meet high-quality standards without compromising their environmental benefits. We fully understand this, and we have invested wholeheartedly in the research and development of strength and durability testing. Each chair undergoes a series of meticulous tests, from material selection and structural design to real-life scenarios, ensuring that their strength remains uncompromised. We firmly believe that products that stand the test of time truly embody the essence of sustainability.
Received certification from TÜV Rheinland
We proudly announce that the PCR plastic used by ShiangYe has received certification from TÜV Rheinland in Germany, attesting not only to strict quality inspections but also compliance with international environmental standards. Utilizing PCR materials reduces the need for extracting new natural resources, leading to reduced waste generation, landfill, and incineration. This lessens environmental impact, lowers energy consumption, and minimizes greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to the promotion of a circular economy.
